To connect your Technogym Bike to internet first check that the Wi-Fi modem is turned on and correctly connected to internet. Then you can connect your Technogym Bike by entering in the "Setting" section > "General" > "Network" > "Settings". Now you can select your wi-fi name. If you still have problems connecting your Technogym Bike to internet, these simple actions can help you: turn the modem off and on again and make sure that internet is working (you can double check it by connecting a smartphone / tablet / pc to the modem and browsing the web pages). Then, check that you have connected your Technogym Bike to the correct Wi-Fi network, and make sure the modem password you entered on your Technogym Bike is also correct.
Once you have received your Technogym Bike, you can log in with the same credentials of the Technogym ID you have created when you bought it. If you haven't bought it online, and therefore, you haven't created a Technogym ID yet, in this case you can create a new Technogym ID by simply turning on your equipment and following the proposed instructions on the interface. Please remember that the first Technogym ID used on your Technogym Bike will be always considered as the Administrator of your Family Account.
You can ride the Technogym Bike either using SPD® cleats shoes or wearing standard fitness shoes and securing them with the toe cages provided on the pedals.

Yes. When you connect your Bluetooth heart rate monitor, your heart rate will be displayed in real time on the Technogym Bike screen.
Technogym Bike comes with two integrated speakers. Any headphones with a standard 3.5 mm connector can be plugged into the screen and wireless Bluetooth headphones are compatible.
You can activate your mirroring function and project your favorite content from your mobile phone to the HD screen of your Technogym Bike. Mirroring can be possible if you are using Chromecast or other mirroring-compatible devices (look here to double check). The steps are as follows: connect your Chromecast device to your Technogym's Bike > go to 'Apps' section of your Technogym Live interface, select "External Input" and check if your device is correctly connected. Download the Google Home App (available for both Android and iOS systems) and follow the guided instructions.
Most broadband internet connections over 10 Mbps are sufficient to stream Technogym Bike classes.
This behaviour could be caused by:
- How tightly you are wearing your watch on your wrist. Check your strap and if needed tighten it;
- Sweat might interfere with the tracking process of your heart rate device. Try to wipe some of the perspiration off. If neither of the above work, disconnect and reconnect your heart rate device (even during your workout session! Your fitness journey will continue to be tracked from your iPad).
In order to change the administrator of your Family Account, you have to completely reset your Family Account. You can do it by pressing for about 5 seconds the volume button on the bottom right corner of your Technogym Live interface. Then you can access the hidden menu by typing in the password 2406. Then tap 'General settings' and under 'Family account' section you can find 'Reset family account''. From now on, the first Technogym ID you will insert will be considered your new administrator profile. At the same time, remember that with this procedure also the other members of your Family Account have been permanently removed, therefore, you will have to add them again.

Within your Family Account you can register up to 6 users, each of them will have the opportunity to have fun training in a personalized way. Any profile or your Family Account can add a new member, but only the administrator can remove it (remember that the administrator is the first Technogym ID you have logged in on your Technogym Bike). When your Technogym Bike is on a stand-by mode you can add a new user by simple pressing the + button. Instead, from the main Technogym Live interface, you can add o delete a family member by pressing Settings > Family > Manage account > Add new/remove.
Yes, in the log-in page just click on “+” to add up to 5 additional Technogym ID.
