Are your video workouts looking a bit fuzzy?

When your bandwidth is low, it might happen that the video workouts of your Technogym Bike could look a little bit fuzzy.

Nothing to worry about! It could be just a minor internet connection problem.

In fact, it only takes a few simple steps to train again with your favourite workouts in high definition:


  1. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength directly from your Technogym Bike, from Settings > General > Check your network speed > Speed Test > Start Test section (If the values are over 8 Mbps you have a sufficiently good internet connection to get the most out of your training experience).
  2. Turn off and restart your Technogym Bike.


Now that you are ready to start, all you have to do is to hop on the saddle again.
