Technogym Sessions on Technogym Live
Technogym Sessions are highly engaging training classes with authentic personal trainers at your disposal, ready to guide you through your training experience.

Whether you want to be fitter, more toned or stronger, our Technogym Sessions are designed to help you make steady, controlled progress through six workouts of increasing difficulty - with or without equipment.

Coming with music to keep you always on track, here at Technogym we’ve designed Sessions as if they were Real TV series, but with a few differences.

For example, with the word “Series” we mean a single season, while on the other hand, the episodes that make it up are considered “Sessions”.
Specifically, each Series features a certain goal, and is composed of 6 Sessions, with different levels and duration. In addition, we are committed to releasing new exclusive content regularly.

In particular, each Session:

  • Has its own unique coach;
  • Has a duration of about 10-35 minutes;
  • It is available in different languages, with the possibility of adding subtitles;

  • It consists of three distinct phases: warm-up, workout, and cool-down;
  • It’s possible to choose among three different levels of difficulty: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced (keep in mind that you are allowed to choose the difficulty level both before starting and anytime during the Session).

How to choose one Session over another?

It's very simple. Do your choice according to the goal you want to achieve, or on the time you have available. In fact, within the menu, each Series will have its own Sessions with the corresponding title and duration.

After selecting a Session, all that's left to do is to choose the difficulty level you prefer and press the Start button!

Playing a Session

There you are, now you've entered into the amazing world of the Sessions. Your favorite trainer is right there in front of you, eager to get you pumped up!

All along the top of the monitor, you'll notice a handy timeline which represents the duration of the Session you've selected. Thanks to this, you'll always be able to monitor how far along you are in your training.

As you progress through the Session, you'll also notice several flashing panels that can automatically adjust the inclination and speed at which you're going. The trainer himself will tell you when to press them, making the workout even more interacting!

Keep in mind that the intensity expressed in the various panels is strictly related to the level of difficulty you have chosen.
