Choose between a variety of workout formats.

The Technogym app offers a wide variety of workout options based on your goals, the fitness equipment and accessories you have available, the amount of time you want to work out for, and your fitness level.

To view all types of workouts available on the Technogym app, tap the Workouts section at the bottom of the Technogym app home screen.

Routines


These are self-guided video exercises that target specific muscle groups. You can browse Routines based on your goal or use the filter option to select your preferred workout, as well as bookmark your favorites.

‍To enjoy a smoother workout experience and know when it’s time to move on between exercises, enable the “Audio effects” option by tapping on the three dots in the top right-hand side of the screen.

Sessions

These on-demand workouts are led by top trainers who are there to motivate you from start to finish. Choose between equipment-specific workouts, HIIT and strength training workouts, Pilates, boxing, and many more, and save your favorites. You can filter Sessions based on the trainer, your goal, time and equipment available.

You’ll find Sessions grouped into Series of six episodes, just like your favorite TV shows. Cardio equipment Sessions are available in spoken English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, and Korean, and offer subtitles. Sessions using bodyweight and fitness accessories are available in English.

Classes



Take fast-paced classes with upbeat music streamed directly from London and Milan studios. The trainers’ enthusiasm and energy will keep you going during these fun, functional workouts that are available in English, Italian, French, and Spanish.
