Routines on Technogym Live

With Technogym Live you can enjoy scores of training contents directly on your equipment. Challenge yourself with Routines!
Technogym Routines consist of actual workout cards designed to help you achieving determined goals, to enhance your performance by targeting them more accurately.
Each Routine contains a variety of movements and exercises, whose intensity is automatically set up by the equipment. You will receive step-by-step guidance either by video, if you are on the Routine-dedicated screen, or by pop-up messages, if you are enjoying entertainment content.


You can access to Routines directly through the main interface of Technogym Live.
Depending on the equipment you are training with you will be able to enjoy some of the following routines.

Here you will find a list of the many training plans featured:



  • Stamina Routine: Increase cardiovascular fitness through speed changes and uphill runs.
  • Agility Booster: Become faster and more agile through coordination exercises and sprint.
  • Lose Weight Routine: Maximize fat burning by increasing energy expenditure through intervals.
  • Legs Strengthening: Build legs strength with lunges and uphill runs.


Starting a Routine

If you wish to start a new Routine, the process is very simple. All you need to do is to follow the short steps below:


  1. Access Technogym Live main interface;
  2. From this interface, select the panel "Routines";
  3. Press on the Routine you want to train with. You'll be redirected into a new screen;
  4. Within this screen, select the duration and the level of difficulty you prefer from 1 to 25 (you can adjust the level whenever you want during the workout by simply using the speed or incline joysticks on your equipment), then press on the green vertical bar "Start" on the right.

If the process was successful, you should be already sweating on your equipment by playing with our Routines.

Remember that by training with Technogym Routines, you have the opportunity to overlay additional content from other apps, such as Netflix or Youtube. Doing so, you will be able to workout while watching some videos or your favorite TV series. Amazing, isn't it?

With Technogym, everything is possible! And to avoid surprises, every time there is an automatic change in inclination and/or speed, an audiovisual notification will appear on the screen, warning you.


Training with Routines

While training with routines you have the opportunity to chose among two different visualizations.
To switch from one visualization to the other you just need to use the buttons on the top left corner.

With the first visualization you will have the whole left side of the screen covered with the video of the exercise while the right part will show you all the info regarding the actual step and the next one.

The second visualization emphasizes the focus on data. You will see a smaller video tutorial but two graphs will be added on the left part to have an overview of the whole routine.
