But we are not done yet. Because inside My Activities section there is much more.
Check out the additional features below!
If you particularly enjoyed a certain type of workout, within My Activities you have the possibility to save it and to put in the subsection "My Favourites".
Through this area, you will find all the trainings you decided to save, in order to keep them always on hand.
If you’d like to add a new workout to My Favourites, all you have to do is to select it and press on the button with the bookmark icon at the top right of the screen.
By doing so you will have a beautifully tailored workout where you want it, and when you want it, which you can always redo at your own pleasure. Amazing, isn't it?
Whenever you complete a session outside tracking your steps using third-party apps, My Activities lets you find a recap of your performance through the second button of the lateral menu on the right.
But there’s something else.
In fact, with Technogym Live, you have the incredible opportunity to replicate your outdoor runs and rides… right in your home! And with the same inclinations, the same speed and the same distances covered.
All of this thanks to the amazing collaboration between Technogym and some of the most popular activity tracking apps such as Strava and Garmin (find more about relive gps apps here!)
Finally you can relive that fantastic walk you took that time in the center of Florence, almost as if you were there!
