Achieve balance between body and mind through Meditation

Are you looking for a more relaxed and healthier state of mind? Whether you are a beginner or an expert in mindfulness and meditation, Technogym App will help you to become more present in your daily life.

  1. Select  the "Coach" section located at the bottom of the Technogym App interface, 
  2. Scroll down to the “Find your meditation” section, 
  3. You can choose between one of the proposals or, by clicking on “see more” you can discover all the playlists proposed.


Discover the playlists

  • LEARN MINDFULNESS: Meditation starts with awareness: this playlist will help you learn the basics of meditation and teach you how to get in tune with your breath and body.
  • RELAX & RECOVER: You may think that with all the things going on in your life you don’t have time to sit back and relax. But you actually don’t need a whole load of time to switch off and get some rest. Use this playlist to relax your body and mind any time of day, even after a workout.
  • CULTIVATE PERSONAL GROWTH: Self-love and self-compassion mean being kind and gentle with yourself, accepting that you’re not perfect. Using this playlist, you can start to have control over your own thoughts, feelings and body.
  • REACH YOUR GOALS: When working toward a goal, it can be easy to focus only on the future and not on the here and now. Success is a journey, not a destination and the doing is often more important than the outcome. Use these meditations to help you focus and achieve your goals whatever journey you're on, whether it's at work, on the sports field or at the gym.
  • REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY: Reducing and managing stress and anxiety is in your hands. With these meditations, you will learn how to reframe negative thoughts by reconnecting with yourself, noticing your feelings and resting your mind.
  • SLEEP WELL: Discover some sleep and relaxation techniques for a truly restful night’s sleep. Leave behind everything that happened during the day, climb into bed, and allow yourself to be completely immersed in relaxing sleep to wake up feeling refreshed.


Choose your favorite language

You can choose between italian, english, spanish, french and german to listen to your meditations. In order to do so:

  1. Choose one meditation
  2. Play it
  3. On the up left corner, click on the language button
  4. Choose bewteen the languages proposed
